HAINES CLIMATE CONTROL is looking to immediately fill a Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration position in GRETNA, NE. Haines Climate Control DBA RSM Service Group specializes in the repair, maintenance, and installation of commercial refrigeration, HVAC, and cooking equipment. This is inclusive of but not limited to: Walk In Coolers, Reach-In Coolers, Ice Machines, Ranges, Ovens, Toasters, Grills, Mixers, HVAC etc. Our technicians are in constant contact with refrigerant, gas, steam, electricity and electronics.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Troubleshoot and accurately diagnose service problems with equipment.
• Repair equipment to operate at MFG specifications.
• Provide clear, detailed proposals to clients when required.
• Install all necessary part replacements.
• Have a good working knowledge of the services we offer and provide.
• Communicate well with customers and coworkers.
• Complete multiple maintenance tasks on refrigeration equipment.
• Receive work orders and respond to requests in a timely manner.
• Perform Installations & Preventive Maintenance on equipment.
• Provide written and detailed documentation for each work order.

Qualifications and Skills

• Clean driving record.
• Ability to work "on-call" duties, currently a rotating schedule. Apx. 6 days a month.
• Exhibit strong technical aptitude in Refrigeration and or Commercial Food Equipment.
• Display a desire to learn, achieve and grow with our company over time.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Customer Service oriented.
